Week 3 day 2 of couch to 5k done, thankfully! I really had no motivation this morning, felt like a slug honest, just wanted to sit there and stare at the computer read some blogs and be a slug. But I didn’t let myself do it, not sure where the resolve came from, but I got up off the couch put on my running shoes and hit the treadmill. Not only did I finish I got one of my best times. I struggled with the second 3 minute run, but I finished it at a slightly faster speed (probably why I struggled) Then I rounded out my mileage and calories burned at a 4 mph walk. Now I just need to extend that same resolve to the rest of my to do list. I have 3 things on it one will take about 5 minute but each of the others is about an hour and I’m being sluggish again…
Got some motivation did all but half of one thing on my to do list.
