Ate 20.5 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points.

Breakfast(4.5) –peanut butter, banana on a sandwich thin

Lunch (4)–Farro Soup with Kale and Canellini (3), mandarin oranges (1)

Snack (2)–Greek Yogurt

Dinner (7)–Thai Veggie Curry with Tofu(6), WW candies (1)

Snack (3)–low fat chocolate pudding (1) milk (2)

Did strength training again today and some time on the treadmill, as well as my 5 minutes per hour.  The main workout was almost 600 calories.

Lunch was great the soup turned out fantastic, totally filling and only 3 points for 1 1/2 cups.  It was hearty with bits to chew on, all in all a great success.  Dinner was not quite as good, it tasted ok but I used a veggie blend that was meh, but that’s easy to change next time since I have cleared out my freezer of the meh veggie blend.

Running Weekly totals used 30.5 of 35 weekly points, earned 14 activity points
