I did the 5 minutes of walking per hour again and managed to earn 3 activity points, I don’t think I will count the activity points on a day that I actively do a long workout, but I did get in almost an hour in 10 minute chunks, I did the last 5 minute of one hour and the first 5 minutes of the next. We ordered Chinese and it was not as good as usual a bit greasier so I upped the points because on at least one dish I could see the oil. Even though I ate less than I normally do I think I got the same points.
