Breakfast(6) –Cherry Vanilla Oatmeal and a pear
Lunch (7)–Spinach and Tortellini Soup
Dinner (8)–Four Cheese Baked Penne (7), Green Beans with butter (1)
Snack (4)–chipotle chocolate bar

I was a bit less sore today (hooray!) I had a hair appointment so I didn’t tack on an extra half mile of walking after couch to 5k just the one mile to round me out to 3. Still earned 5 activity points so not bad at all. I have burned over 3100 calories this week in exercise in addition to whatever I didn’t eat, so I feel fine about not walking an extra half mile.
I’ve been really tired all week, not really sure why but hopefully it’s my body burning all those extra calories and wanting some rest.
