Breakfast(6) –1/2 banana (1), Peanut butter (2), sandwich thin (1), milk (2)
Lunch (7)–Greek Salad Pitas with Feta Spread and turkey
Dinner (6)–Peanut Chicken Soba Salad
Snack (2)–2 clementines and a chocolate vita muffin

I was super sore today but did the Firm sculpting video anyways and was happy to find I was no more sore when done, perhaps even less sore… Nice! My pita was overflowing with veggies, hard to stuff it all in, next time I might try the same fillings on bread and see if it works any better, great flavours but super messy. The Chicken Salad was yummy, I made the chicken early when making thursday lunch (spinach and tortellini soup) so I let the chicken sit in the dressing the rest of the day and soak up all the flavours, really good.
