January 12th Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast(5) –Cherry Vanilla Oatmeal (5)
Lunch (7)–Feta-Chicken Pasta(6), Pear (1)
Dinner (10)–Orange-Chipotle BBQ Pork chops with grilled onions (5), broccoli with lemon garlic crumbs (2), Quinoa with spinach (1), milk (2)

Did Week 2 Day 2 of Couch to 5k (then rounded out my mileage walking), burned 606 calories. I’m still sore.  Today was all about leftovers, tomorrow I’ll be cooking again.  I was trying on garb for some upcoming SCA events (garb is medieval clothing and the SCA is the Society for Creative Anachronism) and I swim in most of the garb I made a few years back and the stuff that was tight then is even loose now, woot!  Except now I have to make a whole new wardrobe of medieval clothes… Time to break out the sewing machine.
