Ate 22.5 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points.

Breakfast(6.5) –peanut butter (2), sandwich thin (1), small banana (1.5), milk (2)
Lunch (7)–Chicken Souvlaki Sandwich with Greek Salad
Dinner (9)–Feta-Chicken Pasta(6), Green beans with butter (1), wine (2)

Walked 2 miles then Did The Firm Body Sculpt. Burned 610 calories. Felt pretty good, but I’m sore today :p  Good sore, but still sore.  Made one of Ben’s favourites and a good pantry/freezer meal which is pretty fast and doesn’t taste like it, the recipe is here.  Wow it was the recipe of the week back in July and I think it might have been that long since I made it, that’s the only problem with trying a new recipe each week, we get more favourites and less room for the old faves, but all in all a great trade off as we never get bored.
