Breakfast (5)-Cherry Vanilla Oatmeal
Lunch (8)-sourdough, cheese and soup
Dinner (9)-Tuna Noodle Casserole
Snack (1.5)-lowfat chocolate pudding and 1/2 pear

Oatmeal is a must in this cold weather for me. Made Bulgur, Chicken Sausage and Kale for lunch, super yummy and filling. Had Tuna Noodle Casserole leftovers for dinner. Hour on the treadmill.
