Breakfast (4.5)-Sandwich thin, banana, peanut butter
Lunch (7.5)-Soup, Sandwich thin and laughing cow
Snack (3)-apple and peanut butter
Dinner (8)-spaghetti squash, tomato-meat sauce (5), wine (2), Sesame Broccoli (1)
Snack (1)-Kozy Shack pudding and apple chips

Made a corn and black bean casserole, turned out well.
