Workout 1 hour on the treadmill
Lunch (7)-Shrimp salad (6), nectarine (1)
Snack- (1)– 1 cup cherries
Dinner (13)-Proven├žal style vegetable stew with chickpeas (7), Brown rice (3), beer (3)
Snack- (1)– 1.5 cups raspberries

Did my hour on the treadmill burned about 500 calories.
